They monitor all incoming goods and people
as well as levying fees so IMO that may be
key info (particularly the goods) to China.
IMO, China may set up an Aussie fishing company
based in Darwin and run its fishing fleet &
processing ships out of there .
This could finance its mapping of our coastal waters, IMO.
