I looked into IG6, a graphite company which recently IPO'ed with a market cap of $70m, and I did a quick comparison with MLS.

It's worth noting that it is not a like-for-like comparison as although IG6 has a small graphite deposit, it is also building a graphite production plant.

IG6's graphite deposit is 2.6 Mt @ 17.5% compared to 13.3 Mt @ 11.5% for MLS's Lac Rainy graphite deposit with room to significantly expand this resource with further drilling.

This clearly demonstrates how undervalued MLS still is as the company market caps are about the same now which does not make sense to me as MLS's graphite deposit is significantly bigger and will grow even further. MLS also has significant lithium potential and a small zinc deposit as well.
