Ann: Change in substantial holding from PLL, page-20

I hear what you are saying - BUT , these are the FIVE applications for quotation of shares made on the 10th JUNE 2021. Notice they are NOT remotely at even a similar pricing to the 22 million made on the 14th April.

Piedmont then didn't make a substantial holders notice until the 15th JUNE 2021 where again , this recent change in holding balance highlighting this additional 187, 978,295 shares has nothing to do with the Opening Balance if you like of Piedmont's holding of 1,000,383,020on 15th June 2021.

So kindly show me where these Additional shares have been notified as being acquired and at what price and for what reasons. Because there is NONE which i can see and this current notice says the ' Change ' has occurred on 14th April 2022.

Shoddy paperwork and / or compliance responsibilities being upheld here in my opinion. Don't forget that this MOB is our N0.1 Shareholder by a country mile.
