Throughout 2020, the median SaaS valuation multiple for public companies stood at 16.6x ARR, with private B2B SaaS companies slightly behind at 12.0x ARR
So, if we are running at $50m ARR, the multiples above suggest a market cap of $600m-$830m (or approx. 50-65 cents per share). Seems a tad high, but 16c still seems way too cheap.
