Looks like an ex top 20 holder wants out. They are happy to offload countless millions of shares between 1.4-1.7c this is a good indicator that the share price will see volatility to about 0.005c-0.01c trading range this year.
No point buying large parcels at current 1.5-1.8c. Don't give them what they want and force them to sell sub 1c range. Not a good time to buy at current share price.
