On a wider note, I've seen a lot of feedback both individually and publicly like @Red bar posting above about "chill pills".

To be honest I've been letting the frustration affect my judgement, and I've been putting together a picture that justifies my irritation about the current situation by painting the board and management as either morons or scoundrels by picking out evidence to support that view. But there is plenty of evidence to support a case that the board and management are not morons or scoundrels. I summaries in an earlier post all the building blocks the company has assembled into the potential for an amazingly bright future. So taking a step back and looking at it from a higher altitude...

    1. The only things we can know for certain about the takeover offer is what is in the Deed of Scheme Implementation attached to the announcement.
    2. From that document we know exactly what we need to do in order to serve our best interests. For most of us that is to vote no.
    3. We also know that the board and management must whole-heartedly promote the deal and do everything they can to push it forward. But we are under no obligation to follow that lead.
    4. It is possible to build a case painting the board as strategic geniuses, just as it is possible to paint them the way I have. The truth is we have no way of knowing. And the only way to find out is to vote no and see what the company does next. One thing that is certain is that if the scheme is accepted then the whole show is over and we will never learn what the board and management intended, and we will be forever denied the potential benefits of owning ResApp!

So for the time being you won't see any more talk from me of board spills or CEO sackings. Let's wait and see how things pan out. There's an AGM coming. There'll be plenty of opportunities to make waves if the board and management keep trying to offload the company for the price of a peanut.

    But vote NO!
