I would not like to try to sue a Chinese company under the Chinese legal system for non performance under a contract - suing in Australia would likely be pointless as they would have little or no assets in Australia.
That said as others have mentioned China is the largest steel producer in the world so options for elsewhere are probably somewhat limited
