ASIC Commences Proceedings Against ISX and JK, page-2313

Forgot to mention, VISA AP was given an enforceable order to comply to give the 3000 documents from VISA AU to ASIC. The VISA lawyer said (unless I misunderstood) that most of these documents were emails from ISX. Right.... Ummm.

I wonder how this enforceable order to comply applies to VISA EU who supplied the documents to VISA AP (Australia)? I would think they could have (would have) refused given there was a rule that they couldn't move these documents across out of the EU. Seems a valid excuse not to provide them.
