Cheers oregyuy, great summary. I wouldn't get my hopes for a May announcement however. It will more be a situation where it runs down to the wire but we should get it, with an announcement made in September. The govt cannot allow the plant to stop operating for any length of time and the closer we get to the expiration, the less opportunity it gives the govt to turn us down. This will also hopefully be around the time the substation is completed.

To Clueless's point, I'm as annoyed and frustrated as the next long suffering shareholder. However, I don't believe the criticism is totally justified. SE's main flaw in these projects has been underestimating the incumbents. He built the assets and followed what appeared to be the correct steps. Was he naive? Probably, but he's far from the the "biggest liar and fraud". He has clearly shown a willingness to support this company while these projects get finished.

What I would like to see from them is some proper progress updates, especially the LNG plant.
