Do they have to share who has taken advantage of this, I am keen to understand how much iif any is management and the board, seems like a good deal for those who participated. They are getting 8% interest and a conversion at 20% below the market rate ? Not sure about you but I would happily take an 18% rate of return. Also if management particpated are they incented to have a low share price of around 9c so they convert at 7c after having being paid 8% interest.
Yes I agree with the raise but is this in the interest of the shareholdes not approached
