Is anyone else concerned that a no vote could have adverse consequences?
I had always assumed Ahana/Eddie and associates were going to claim more than their fair share of value - but this was the price we small shareholders had to pay for their involvement and to be honest, rescuing of the company when we were on the edge 2-3 years ago.
This deal stinks - but if we don't agree to it, I wouldn't be surprised if the rug is pulled out form under the Co more broadly. Am I alone with these concerns?
