The time taken for stocks to hit target prices, particularly when 100% or more above a clearly defined entry point (buy signal, bounce off support) is almost entirely dependent on the market cap of a stock.
$20m juniors take from a few weeks to 3 months.
Mid-caps 6-12 months and majors around 2 years.
Only proviso - sector has to be in a bull trend.
The gold sector (stocks, not POG) has been in an 18 month bear market and still struggling to break out in a big way.
