Genius move. Blocks lots of people from selling thanks to the incompetence of many brokers, while still allowing people to buy under the new ticker. No matter how bad the result if a good chunk of the market can only buy they only way the SP can head is up.
Now only if ZIP can figure out how to stop lending to deadbeats.
