So, effectively, getting access to hundreds of millions of customers for zero CAC [*]
(well, not quite zero... maybe the cost of a few airfares and hotel accommodation and some management time preparing the pitch presentation)
I'm racking my brain to try to think of examples where companies have been able to leverage their IP into such a large consumer market on such capital-light terms.
