It's good that the final permit decision will come after Mitsui JV agreement, and after the result of second round of European Funding, gives more room for Talga to play with, and let Mitsui take on abit more risk, imagine Mitsui not taking any risk if the permit were to given before August, that was one of my concern with Mitsui not taking any major risk, now it's play time
