I am not invested in anymore but yes special deals are common I think this one however seems very generous and no risk to the investors they get 8%pa plus 20% below share price, so in effect minimum risk.. And lets face it if I was a minority shareholder I would be pissed very pissed if this turns out to be "one for the boys" and all the people who got it are on the board and mates of mates.
