Sorry for my bluntness but any comparison to Commbank customer numbers is absurd. CBA is undertaking detailed credit checks / loan approvals as they lend hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars to people to buy long term assets, charging interest for 25-30 year periods.
Zip is lending money to people who can’t afford to buy shoes (and not getting paid back for it).
