Am I correct that DGR is relying on a takeover bid?
IRR is sub 20%, and from a quick skim, a large amount (in the billions) will be needed for investment, and no groundwork will start for at least a few years.
Will NM be relying on a bid coming in or is DGR wanting to stay in for the long haul?
