    Yea but the huge loss doesn't have to carry over turn key...

    Buyout then swing the axe, take a few key developers, bye bye directors. The rest roles into your internal existing IT responsibility.

    All the cost on the 9spokes sheets is employee wages / director fees. Once the product is implemented for a customer there is very little expense that I can see.
