    @mario128
    Mate,
    I don't care what anyone thinks, this has become ridiculous, it is nearing the end of April and the demerger is going to be a good 3 months later than the original "indicative" time lines, and I totally agree with you. The fax machine should have been sitting there loaded and just waiting for the transmit button to be pushed on confirmation of the mining licence transfer.

    They have had 480 days or whatever the count is to have all the domestic issues sorted and if anything is still missing at this point in time someone needs a foot up the proverbial ............. or this business just isn't for them !!!!!!!
    They have had 480 days or whatever, to have any country outside of Australia & New Zealand eligibility confirmed, just on this point, maybe just f'ing maybe, more information could have inspired overseas investors more?

    @Cranium73 I'll bite, impressive first post, having a whinge about posters having a whinge, go you rolleyes.png
    ~ I agree with you about there is a lot of it, for a Company that is on the cusp of becoming two great companies, but it isn't so much the missed time lines or the delays, it is the arrogant lack of information and the simple solution would be to keep shareholders engaged and informed.
    ~ Investors don't generally make decisions without some clarity to the end goal (or their end goal) of where a company is when they invest and where they are going to be at any given point in time, yes it is the stock market that doesn't conform to any investment strategy; but
    ~ Company directors don't get to have "carte blanche" to do what the like, they are accountable to the very people that own the Company the are employed by ~ the shareholders, so if they are not meeting the "timelines" they put into announcements then they should be informing us why.

    Doing the morning sweep, we have a change in directors for Leo Lithium
    Michael Anderson goes out, the current directors are now:
    Alister Cowden, Brendan Borg, Simon Hay, Amber Banfield, Rodney Baxter, Mark Hepburn with Nathan Bartrop secretary.
    Nothing on ASIC as yet this morning for listings.......
