dont you think its extreamly biased to put the greater comunitys misfortune behind your own just to want prices to go up so you profit? even though most the population suffers as a result, and all the teenages who will enter the market in 5 - 10 years?
its only dooms day if you get burnt? but if the rest of the population gets burnt and you profit thats OK?
