westcott, every country and its state has its own disturbing agendas, but in regard to nsl and its operations in india, we have to have confidance in them that they have done their full due dilligance.
thanks for the heads up though, very appreciated... you have to remain optamistic with stocks like this involved in countries with instabilities within some aspects as you say..
anyway happy new yr to you and all the posters on the nsl forum.
