A complaint was made to ASIC in the ABU days that was before the banking royal commission. ASICs reply was it's to hard to prove so we will not pursue the complaint. This was after we had an MD who boasted that Old Pirate & Golden Hind would be the highest grade lowest cost mining operation in Australia, that was apart from the shady deal done days after the AGM where nothing was mentioned about utilizing the Coyote mill instead of the gravity mill onsite. We ( now ) very poor peasants got sucked in. As PRX has drill rigs on tap why didn't they poke a couple of holes in the ground where the potential Lithium Pegmatites are situated, someone somewhere is making a lot of money out of this company & it's not ordinary mums & dads.
