Maybe this is just a precautionary move just in case they can't get 100% funding for Dorado/Pavo development. I'd hate to think they fell slightly short of the funding target. Despite all the issues with the previous CR It's worth voting for. Sure there would be more dilution but once cash starts flowing there could be a buyback. On my numbers Dorado's payback is less than 2 years, probably 1 year if POO remains elevated or at least greater than USD60. Anyway, my 2 bobs worth.
