Todays prices are a product of couples out bidding one another to get the dream house they want - don't blame investors sure they will take advantage but it is everyone outbidding the Jones that has got us where we are today. While prices may not go anywhere for a while they are still affordable for 2 income families if they are realistic about their first property purchase.
