when you make a direct comment to Tech about "needing to align to the majorities opinion on the topic" or you get grilled. Might be jumping to conclusions. But why exactly would you say this unless you disagree with what was said.....

Im fairly confident in management getting this over the line. But to me the issue isnt if management deliver its more if retail shareholders will reap the rewards as well. Some of the largest holders appear to be businesses linked to our BoD or chairman or them holding directly. Whats the rules on publicly listed companies and takeovers or consolidations and buy outs.

I have heard from a friend that a company he once held consolidated and bought out minority holders (inc his holding) before a surge in price on finding a gold deposit. Are we as shareholders protected from this type of activity in any ASX listed?
