A simple answer to a simple question. If we negate the Rule of Law from the equation we become like the criminals (terrorists). It is the Rule of Law which make our society safe not the unorthodox methods used by criminals. Geo_au -----------------
No one is suggesting negating our Rule of Law Quite the opposite If our Rule of Law no longer keeps us safe from external agression Then change our Rule of Law to keep our society safe
If we choose to do nothing to effectively stop terrorists Then we lose
Well have self satisfied smiles on our smug faces And a library full of Law books waiting to be burned by the surviving terrorists And a new set of Rules of Law imposed by those terrorists that would wipe every smug look off
