I honestly can't see SYA selling out to Tesla, not when they own 60% of Moblan, 75% of NAL, 100% Authier, 100% Tansim and other holds scattered around. Take them through to production and they'll make more profit than anything Tesla can offer. I also very much doubt the Canadian Government will entertain the idea of letting an assest in Canada, which they have (or will) commit money to sell out to a US company - not when they can benefit from SYA themselves. It would also be a bad result for us shareholders.
Our Australian tenements are just cherries on top, Quebec is where the majority of profit lies
