As a rough guide, this suggests that our champion Chalice team has already achieved 7 to 10 years work in under 4.

Looking forward to the 2nd MRE & Feasability for Gonnie.

Can't wait to see how fast the strategic investors leap aboard for mine construction and the next rocketship, given that:

* Gonnie was valued at over 3 billion buckeroonies (over $10/share) based on conservative palladium prices as low as a mere $1000/ounce, if memory serves. (Currently US$2352/ounce)

* Our legendary leader, TG, replaced himself with DLF from Sandfire, who must be itching to exercise his particular skills in mine development.

* Our friends over at LTR shifted gears from MRE & Feasability to Mine Funding deals so fast, there were some folks joking about having their orphan period cut "rudely" short, LOL.

So far, for Chalice, there doesn't seem to be anything from any other projects priced in.
At present, Chalice prices are all underpinned by Gonneville, and in a master move by Alex & team, Gonnie is 100% Chalice owned freehold land. (No public forest).

I suppose how much Gonnie will cause the CHN price to down-trend again (after the mine eventually goes live) shall also depend on which other projects at BarraBarra, Thor-Odin, Freehold side of Drummond or the forest side of Julimar are progressing upwards at the time (to name a few).

Fun to speculate either way, though, right?
