Since the Minsk agreements were put in place Russia has continued to arm the rebels who have continued to fight. That is what the Kremlin wanted to give it an excuse to liberate Russians. Both parties are at fault for not implementing the Minsk agreements, but you would like us to believe that it is only Ukraine that hasn't held up its end of the bargain. Killings have been taking place by both parties. Bottom line is that if Russians don't like living in Ukraine under a Ukrainian government, why don't they just return to Russia where they can live happily under a dictatorship that severely restricts their liberties?
