Location: County of Kern, State of California contained within Township
block 28 South, Range 21 East - 40 miles west northwest of
Bakersfield and 120 miles north of Los Angeles.
Spud: 0900 hours WST (Australia) – 6 October 2004.
Current Depth: 9,365 feet.
Current Operations: Currently drilling ahead with encouraging results which will be
examined with electric logs once total depth is reached.
Total Depth permitted: 10,500 feet.
Operators: Nahabedian Exploration Group LLC.
Drilling Contractor and rig: Caza Drilling - Rig 61.
Targets: Monterey Shale and Stevens Sands located within the Antelope
and McDonald Shale Members of the Monterey formation.
