Perhaps I am bias here but I see this an efin great announcement. The NASDAQ is the place to be for MC growth. This ATM provides shares to the NASDAQ in large volumes and allows US companies to take a stake in KAZIA whilst remaining within their investment rules.
No further dilution of Australian shareholders. The volume goes to where it matters the most. Funds are taken in USD. The company will be no longer under the radar of the bigger funds management organisation in the US.
