The idea that this bid having been stated as "confidential" and that now we shareholders and the market are being treated as mushrooms seems totally contrary to the concept of continuous disclosure that is required by the ASX. The very fact that insiders have information of the identity of the suitor and other terms, but us mushrooms do not, is wrong. I fully understand that while the negotiations were on foot there was a need for non-disclosure, but once any negotiations cease without any agreement then the market should be informed. "Credible lithium industry participant" is meaningless for shareholders...we don't even know if it's a local or foreign party.
I will be closely watching for any director buying and substantial shareholder notices to see what "insiders" are doing going forward. Sentiment changed to "buy".
