You need to go back and read the announcements and put 2&2 together.. They sold the resource because they only owned 50% of the project and it was just sitting there dormant as they had their priority project back in Australia which had their main focus.. Covid made it too hard for the company to progress mavis lake and only owning a 50% stake made their Australian deposit much more attractive.

Vendors don’t set milestone targets that aren’t easily able to be met.. Look at any deal in the history of time and you notice the milestones are low hanging fruit so the vendors get another easy payout once they are hit… Pegs have already been located and drills have already hit very high grade thick intercepts.. If you look at the drill data that has already been done you will see that with a little more step out and cross section drilling it’s very easy to prove up a resource…
