Covid has really affected the workforce over here Shady.
It's not for a lack of wanting to put the drill bit in the ground it is more to do with a extremely tight labour market and skills shortage that has affected every mining operation in WA.
hopefully with the borders being back open and a different approach to Covid being adopted thing in the Labour/skills market will ease.
