There were always some false reports at some sketchy websites. In the last five trading days we had about 110 million shares traded. However, we also had about 16.5 million shorts. So about 15% of all shares traded were shorts. Clearly someone wants to keep the SP down. Hopefully they will burn their fingers in the next weeks.
