    I guess that can be interpreted two ways.. how I interpreted it is that the bidder pulled out.. sure, maybe it was because we didn’t accept the offer but wouldn’t it be smarter and much well written if we said that we declined the offer? Rather than leaving it so ambiguous.. had they said they declined the offer we would have seen a better response today, that’s just my thoughts anyway.
