I responded by offering up my ' different ' and ' alternative ' view of the numerous back and forth off-take conversations over the long weekend ( which weren't with me.....
) .
He then responded adversely and took offense to my assertion that perhaps the ' Off-take' agreements are in reality still intact ....albeit in a different format with Back to Back to Back ' Three-Peat ' arrangement set to appease Quebec and at the same time satisfy Tesla and Elon needs .
And all of this of course without magically upsetting or getting offside KP and Piedmont as well as their 75% much LARGER Partner in Sayona.....who just happens to be sitting on ALL the spodumene.
So I would have though that he Bansky would have relished this supportive idea.
I mean the TWO ' Separate ' off-takes were after all only 4 months apart with only a matter of weeks not months separating themselves on the delivery timelines of Tesla.
So are you all going to then suggest that this was NOT some sort of Hedge by Piedmont in the first place , and that the TWO off-takes are NOT related or the intent was not there in some way , or this intent was NOT there for them ( the 2 off-takes ) to be almost ' Conjoined ' by the same end user and end users needs......
Common ...what do you all take me for. And I reckon that's why the ' Moderator ' from I.Q of that podcast was almost ' laughing ' when he was posing the questions to BOTH as to how it is that this Australian Company and this American Company coincidentally came together on the NAL BID.
So in reality , I reckon Bansky jumped the gun with him getting all upset ...where he then responded to me in a manner I did not really expect given what I had written.
And then after that I responded to his ' Different ' post where he was all of a sudden diverting the narrative back to the 50% unsold spodumene which seems to be increasing by the day ... and to which I simply corrected him that this ' idea ' or concept was obviously not new and had been raised and talked about several times by myself.
I have since not responded to his post so I fail to see how this minor exchange or flurry of 2 posts each could be construed as a ' Tug Off ' .
And I will stand by my new founded notion that Tesla would NOT want to upset the apple cart or Piedmont & Sayona for fear of potentially missing out on the BIGGER fish so to speak......
