Hi Mika,

I have my own house plus 3 investment properties currently. The last two were purchased around the same time about 2 years ago. I will probably look at purchasing again later in the year after I get together the necessary deposit. I have been consolidating my position since my last purchases and everything is now up and running and is positively geared. As you have indicated it is the passage of time that gets you the rewards. At the moment I only deal with properties at the bottom end of the market that I can improve cheaply overtime.
