OZC are only doing what they are legally allowed to do under the creep rule sf 3%. No doubt they will use bots to quietly accumulate (around 13.8m shares) such that they pay the lowest price possible. I would expect the SP will stay around current levels as they soak up their requirements. Then, they are absolutely within 'shooting range of the 50.1% if they want a boardroom spill. What is intriguing is the wholehearted approval by the Board suggesting they have patched up differences and/or a long term strategy amenable to both parties has been agreed. Hope the interests of we smaller holders are part of the spoils here.
