Wait up. Taurus effectively sell shares in our company at a discount of 11% - 14%. They have sured up 14,000,000 sales so far with the remaining tranche probably a SPP.
In return Taurus are given 10,000,000 shares (8% of total raising) AND 6% of the total funds raised.
Not sure that is a good deal for us.
