A USD0.1 dividend is ~0.5% yield. You're suggesting that someone buying CRN on margin is going to be reassured they will have at least 0.5% income to write off interest costs against? Margin costs are well above 0.5%, and can be offset by income anywhere in your portfolio.
This really doesn't make sense to me. Buying a commodity producer on margin because of a 0.5% yield; I may be wrong but I just don't see it.
