Flanno holds 0.3% of company shares, management from my viewpoint own less than 10% to keep their lifestyle co. going.
Farjoy pty are the largest single holder with an 8.48% holding. Retail hold 65% of co. shares.
Voting him out if Farjoy pty join rrtail holders appears to be a very realistic possibility. He has done an extremely poor job for a number of years.
Give it a go, see what happens.
