    I'm bored - I'll take a stab.

"The real way to measure business success is via revenue (and eventually profit)"

Disagree, reeks of some 90's pure accounting bullshit. Lots of Companies now don't make profit and opt for reinvestment in growth and scaling, see Tesla, Afterpay etc. To go a step further as well, yes, margins on a product are vital, but if they use unsustainable practices in this day and age they're worthless and archaic.

"I don't see any contracts for sales. I do see convoluted business arrangements between various parties, I see customers paid to sign up for offtakes"

Just because you can't wrap your head around a company structure and the process it uses that isn't meat and two vege doesn't make it convoluted.

"I see conflicting announcements between parties"

If this is the post from IM3NY regarding the first batteries produced in March, oh buddy.

Its almost as if a semi-automated process could entail say, just the automation of the anodes. Whereas the casing, drying and other steps take place in a non-automated manner somewhere else, or once the drying room is finished at iM3NY, at iM3NY.

In this scenario, I fail to see how these are conflicting annoucements.

"I see a high turnover of board members"

    Fair call.

"I see MNS staff in the media for various concerns."

You see one journo write articles rehashing information, he also predicted Telsa was due to fall over a couple of years back* and that Evergrande was the death of modern Capitalism.
