Revenue is critical to a company's success - you chose only to focus on 'profit'.
I'll be watching to see how much of the forecast US$80m revenue iM3NY see in 2022 (they will likely need contracts first).
I don't think many would claim that one of iM3NY's offtakers - 'Sukh Energy' - has a simple business structure. Even ASX asked about that one (and it appears from the response that MNS is not too certain either). A diagram would have assisted readers...
We can disagree that conflicting announcements are, or are not, something that investors should be concerned about. We can also disagree that the journalist's articles contained factual information, or not (I've yet to see any retractions or apologies). And yes, the MNS chairman is being investigated by ASIC, but we can disagree whether that is true, desirable or even a concern at all.
We obviously have different risk tolerances to the many unusual issues associated with MNS. And that's ok too.
