    the price only went up so they could show a big discount figure in the share price, clear manipulation in my mind, then they sell again at open the next day.

    Also, unless I am misunderstanding the price MGTRE is selling for should be the difference between the discounted rate available to MGTRE holders (.025) and the SP (.029).

    If that is right MGTRE is currently massively overpriced at .008 or SP is massively underdone at .028.

    Probably i am misunderstanding something
