Well I can see you are a long term holder with unbelievable faith with this company, but I don't understand the basis of your loyalty to the management.
UCM may have a good R&D team and pipeline, but clearly the management is lagging to obtain the market recognizing and attention,
Some business strategy skill is needed there.
No I won't bother to sell out, as my holding is tiny compare with yours, so is the paper loss. good luck with it!
