Definately dont have a number plate like that. As to the low volume, the way i read it is that the traders all sold out in the last big fall and have probably waited until the stock broke 2.55 to 2.60 before trying to re-enter. However there has been very few sellers, certainly no one with any quantity so the traders are finding it difficult to get any stock. Also because of the lack of volume a lot of traders wont enter a thinly traded stock. All these factors are very positive for RDF because if the traders dont hold a reasonable quantity then they cannot cause a sell off as their stops get triggered.
Being a long term holder I have plenty of stock. Did not sell any into the last fall, just bought a few more cheap ones. I think my attitude is pretty common among the long term holders in this stock.
I dont think there are many potential sellers of significant lines of stock so each time there is a significant re-trace more stock moves from the available trading pool and into the long term holders hands.
The story has been told many times here on HC. RDF is one of the best growth stocks on the ASX and will be worth much much more in a few years time.
