I don't think it will be resolved by 30, 2022. There are enough media articles highlighting the pace at which the CBI moves. EML have hired an A-class team to complete the remediation process as fast as possible. But to me it does not matter if it it completed by the date that everyone seems to want. It will be closed off eventually. EML has valuable assets and these assets were acquired with scrip at much much higher prices then what is being offered. EML is also incubating some very interesting startups. In a couple of years we will be back to $4 or acquired by then.

Also if the director that sold after the pump news only sold ~2.5% do you really think he thought the share price would get crushed 50%? Or that EML didn't have a bright future? People are over thinking everything. And yes the shorters knew PFS was overbought and the squeeze theory was clearly wrong but the question is how much do you value EML what is your time frame? Most bulls are wrong and most bears are wrong.
