That is a big move up from $1.30 to $1.48 in your bid.
I have noticed that Magellan through their funds are buying their own units to support the price.
This offers stability to the unit price.

USA is currently reporting and 83% of companies have beaten their forecast is a good sign.
Netflicks ( I subscribe too) has fallen from $600ish to $200ish is a concern but apparently competition is fierce.
Google and Microsoft on the day they reported also fell.
NASDAQ has fallen now 21% and in bear territtory.

I hold MFG but not adding until the Nasdaq reverses.
